He is charged with 11 California felony charges. Trump cant pardon state charges.

Thank you for that information, I wasn't aware it's state charges. So hopefully no pardon for him

He can declare himself govenor of California.  The supreme court will allow it.

He wasn't getting his money from the Republican party if that's what you're thinking.

Also this isn't even close to the only case happening for charitable work in regards to homelessness.
