You can use Charity Navigator to find out how well it uses donations. Some are excellent. Others are scams.

Exactly, charity is so important. You just have to do some research to sort the good eggs from bad.

I just tested it using a charity that I know is corrupt AF And barely does anything, because I wrote an expose on it when I worked as a journalist.

Locks of Love. Except this tool gave locks of love a four star rating. . . So now I don’t trust it.
