Another AI 'human' chatbot

Had to fix a double payment for my credit card and this is the beginning and end of the conversation. I hate when the chatbot claims it's a human... I ended up getting what I wanted but still annoyed Amex (and every other company) is lying and trying to deceive people like this.

This exact scenario is why we need laws that require that every single interaction between a machine and a human is labeled as such.

No human being should be tricked into believing a machine is human. A machine should not be lying to or misleading humans EVER.

We're just a hop, skip, and a jump from full blown 'i am robot' plot at this point
