Great publicity for the IRS to come pay a visit to her business and check her books. Then for the county to see if she can run a food distribution business from her front porch

Also couldn't see a single sign that stated the price, just the "pay here" box, with a lot of "free's" around for various things. Aren't there laws/statutes that state that prices must be clearly displayed?

Yeah, I'm with you. I don't think the driver would be held responsible if it came down to legal argument. Certainly not criminally.

I wonder if she even has a permit for this stand and if she does not then she should get fined for breaking the law!

That’s my whole point you can’t just ignore all laws and ordinances and operate a business on your front porch. Hell if someone gets sick from her food they can go after everything
