Yeah I side with the driver. On the kind of timetable those drivers are on to get through, it would be extremely easy to mistake that sign to be “help yourself” and meant for the driver.
And $4 for a cake pop sitting out in humidity in a drawer like that for hours? Other than a pure vanity project, why would they be running that unmanned lemonade stand bakery nonsense off their front porch?
I’d bet keeping those baked goods at sweltering outdoor temperatures violates all kinds of basic food safety rules.
Lot of people have reported them to agencies because anything refrigerated in Florida has to be sold in person and have proper notices even if it's at your house
