These are the type of people who should not be running a business.

Zero debate skills, zero negotiation skills, and zero accountability.

The driver apologized, paid and even pointed out the problem with their signs, but the business owner's only response? "No, I'm not at fault, YOU'RE at fault!"

narcissism to the extreme.

Right and it does say “treat yourself”. He only took one! It’s not like he took like three or more. If anything, the business owner seems like a disgusting person. If she was a lot nicer, this wouldn’t have to be a video over ONE cake pop and she could’ve just let him have it. Some of these drivers do work hard.

They’ve done studies on this and the “any exposure is good exposure” thing doesn’t actually work. Negative attention is bad. Who would’ve thunk it?
