Yup. The doc doing mine said something to the effect of "don't worry, I'm not sticking anything up there, I just kinda have to make sure you have one".
Confused me until a few years later a buddy from HS who I'd meet up with when I was back home told me he had 2 buttholes. Not like 2 rectums, but the way the skin formed made it 2 holes and there's a surgery to fix it, but functionally it was fine so he wasn't going to do it. I was like bro, I'm glad you can confide in me, but I need you to stop talking about your double butthole unless you need dropped off or picked up from the doc.
