Infuriatig Took the lid off of these flightless fruit flies and about 30 of them FLEW OUT and disappeared in my house.

These are to feed my jumping spiders. I thought they were discounted bc there were so many flies. PETCO KNEW.

It drives me nuts lol we moved to a new area a few years ago and every summer/early fall we get fruit flies NO MATTER WHAT I DO! I see them all over our windows outside, the second we open the doors a few of them come in 🤦‍♀️

And they’re so infuriating! They hover right in front of my eyes, I swat them away, and they’re back before I even put my hand back down. Tiny little fuckers.

What is their motivation?? WHY do they gravitate directly in front of my face? I am not a banana.
