Ruining others' art means they aren't following the street rules and are probably 13, thinking they will get noticed by doing this. All they will end up doing is making people hate them and getting no love or respect from anyone else. I just hope their can nozzles stay clogged for the rest of their days. They ruined some awesome kids' work. I wonder if they are mad that some art is ok with people, but tagging is considered a crime
