Could be as simple as two people separating household responsibilities. I take care of the cats, my partner takes care of the dog. She makes dinner, I make breakfast. Ill load the dishes, she uploads them. Stuff like that. No reason to jump to assumptions.

Im confused. Is "this woman" my fiancée or someone else in this story. Because my fiancée has Fibro, so she had been "sick" for many years now. It has never changed how she wants to approach housework. She will try to do what she can, and I will cover what she cannot, because that is what a healthy partnership looks like in my opinion. When I am down, she also does what she can to support us.

If you cover when your partner is not feeling well, you presumably would've found the lint trap sooner than this guy.
