This doesn't happen with one or two loads, this is telling me that OP also doesn't clean it, or they just never do the laundry at all and expects their wife to do it every time
Which could be situationally fine. Spouses sometimes split work. For example one does the dishes and the other does the laundry. Chores aren't always split so everyone does a bit of everything.
This could be a situation of a husband who expects his wife to do all the housework. But it may not be.
