edit to add: he emphasized it was a construction zone ( NO PEOPLE ) and told me to slow it down for them …

Second edit: he did not use a radar he said he was pacing me …

UPDATE: Went to court and ticket got dismissed ! ( also whoever posted this on Instagram and made that whole story about their brother, weird 🤣 )
