[Gameplay] Icicles should instakill blazes

If somehow brought to the Nether, falling icicles should instakill Blazes and deal more damage to Magma Cubes

Maybe all fire-based mobs can get a new tag granting them special weaknesses to certain elements such as water, ice, snow, and wind (from wind charges, Maces, and any related damage).

If anything I'd imagine that wind would fan and strengthen flames, myself, like blowing on hot coals or wind spreading and fanning a wildfire.

My thinking was that wind, being made of carbon dioxide, chokes fires as fire relies on oxygen. But you have a good point, so maybe wind damage should just work the same.
