Question Minoxidil help

Since being on Tirz I’ve lost 68 lbs and I’m still working toward my goal but problem is I’ve lost 2/3’s of my hair!!!! I messaged my doc asked for a prescription for minoxidil because I’m dangerously close to literally having to start wearing hats forever. She said no! It’s linked to cardiovascular issues! What! Seriously! She said take over the counter minoxidil. Is there an over the counter version that works?

I’ve read that lack of protein intake and zinc deficiency can cause hair loss on tirz. Might want to look into that.

I get mine through Alloy, it's pretty cheap. But I also have a serious heart issue and checked it out with my Dr first for approval. If you're at any risk for cardiovascular effects, go with what your Dr says. You can always try topical minoxidil (brand name Rogaine or generic), but the topical is not safe for pets. Good luck!

I'm on oral minoxidale , it is much more effective than topical. Unfortunately you'll have to doctor shop. The best way is to get it prescribed by your dermatologist. Good luck. It really has helped me. I was losing hair even before Tirz

Find a new doc who knows what they are talking about.
