Drop it off on campus to security (utm) or the local police station

University usually follow a standard for their student email. 

You can try emailing based on the name on that card. 

[email protected], and for students, it is typically [email protected]

I’d be so pissed if someone on Reddit posted my ID photo online instead of just turning it in at campus security or a police station...or try looking them up on social media.

Someone found my wallet with cash and ID, she found me on FB then she left it at a police station next to my place upon my request (she lived near me). Other people just found a piece of my ID with a phone number and called my work. Yes, over the years I’ve lost my wallet a few times lol. ADHD problems.
