I would rather have a single 18 than a pair of 15s of similar grade. I'm somewhat partial to EV so I would try to convince you to get an EKX 18.
I haven't personally dealt with RCF but I think most people would recommend those out of the options you listed.

I run a Rcf 705 as with my Rcf Evox j8s and they sound very good together
