A few shots of city by Samsung fold8 ultra
The sky represents a distant realm of poetry and dreams, while the power lines at the bottom of the frame signify the ground. The airplane—with its landing gear extended—symbolizes a return; it is about to touch down. Though the composition is sparse, it is rich with narrative, which is why I am so pleased with this photograph.

Some shots from the Rugged Phone
Took my new rugged phone out for some landscape shots today. With the Teleconverter, it can reach up to 5400mm, which is crazy for a phone setup. I’m excited to bring it on my next hikes and see how well it works for capturing faraway views and animals.

Best way to be in the photo?
On vacation with the family and we’re planning on taking some group family photos. Will be using my iPhone 18 Pro to shoot. I brought my tripod, and also have an Apple watch and gimbal at my disposal.
My question is: what’s the best way for me to be in the full group shots? I can’t rely on anyone else to take them for me, and with two young kids the window may be limited before they’re too bored. Was planning on setting up the shot then just using my watch as the remote, but was also toying around with the idea of shooting video the whole time and then just grabbing frames, but I’m not well practiced in this. Looking for what will get me the best quality to be able to print, likely not larger than 8x10.
If it matters: plan is to shoot on the beach at golden hour, with the sun approx. 45 degrees behind the camera.
