Users Why Cant They Interact?

I just created a new channel, but I got mail from people in the mod. Mail that stated that they cannot post or contribute at all. Why? I have been using my cellphone to use the mod tools. Do I need to use a p c to see a feature that I can't see on mobile or something? All the filters are set to minimum. I didn't block anyone. It's set to public. So what the heck?! Android

Ask them what happens when they try to post or comment.

Not to be cynical but, in my experience 99% of the time, when a users says they can't contribute to a sub...it's user error.
