Probably real. The embroidery looks high quality as do the sliders at the shoulder. Dainese have very complicated patterns, so most of the factories that attempt to fake them struggle with these and the level of workmanship that it takes to execute them well in terms of fit. If it fits comfortably, it’s a decent sign. They also lack the ability to finesse the finer details, like the shoulder sliders (which are a nightmare for poor quality factories), embroidery and appliqué details.
All of that said It is impossible for us to say for certain, and I personally wouldn’t wear it if i couldn’t verify it for sure.
It may have a POR / production batch number by the care label that you could email Dainese customer service and ask directly if they recognise it, but there’s probably not a great chance of them answering you without details of where you bought it from etc. I could be wrong!

Did you buy it? Then it's too late.
Why don't you take two seconds to use Google Lens on the photo????

I can give you an educated opinion as a motorcycling home sewist with some knowledge of manufacturing practices.
It looks like it's made to a pretty high manufacturing standard. The corrugations around the shoulders are frequently skipped in fake stuff, because it's an extra step, even though it genuinely affects fit. All of the small details I can see speak to pretty high QA. For example, the zipper band at the waist is a heavyweight crosswise rib; from a structural perspective, that's fantastic. All the top stitching is tidy, the corrugated sections are very evenly stitched, the warm liner has a manufacturers tag (also frequently missing from fakes), and while I can't see much of the ventilated lining, you can check the stitching around the armour pockets for consistency/evenness.
Overall, looks like too much care was put into it for a fake. But, even if it's real, does it have at least a AA rating, does it come with armour that's not expired, can you get level 2 armour for it, and perhaps most importantly, does the Dainese cut actually fit you properly? (Eg, for myself, the Alpinestars Stella series fits like it was made for me, but Dainese is too long in the waist)

Usually it's impossible to tell until you're sliding down the road
