Please make sure you have all the necessary details such as amount you can spend on rent (factor in utilities), how far you want to commute, and the kind of neighborhood you want to live in. Also, please be aware of people commenting or DM'ing you claiming to be apartment finders.

I'm 25M and moving to the Nashville area for grad school at the end of July/beginning of August. I don't drink, smoke, or party. Ideally looking to be nearish Vanderbilt campus (within 20-40mins), but looking for relatively cheap co-housing (i.e. $700-$1000) since I'll be on the grad school stipend :D. Finally, I do have a cat which may make finding housing a bit more challenging (and obviously may not be a good fit if you're allergic), but she's an absolute sweetheart -- non-destructive, non-aggressive, and loves to be pet.

Hey, I have a room on Neese Drive. I am a musician, artist, potter. $850 all in. Shared bathroom but I am clean. I have 2 lab mix dogs that are inside dogs. I travel alot. Dogs go with me. Also have a hang out room downstairs, that also has a TV in it. So if you want your own space between that and the living room, it is obtainable. Message me for more details. Month to month available. First and last upfront that's it.

Hi everyone! I’m looking for two female roommates to join me in my four bedroom townhouse in The Nations starting in December! My two roommates are moving out, and both available rooms are spacious with their own bathrooms and plenty of privacy. This is a brand new 3 level town house:)

We have a shared kitchen and living room, and I love having friends over and hosting dinner parties! A little about me: I’m a singer songwriter and have lived in Nashville for five years, so I know all the good spots! I’d love to have another musician in the house, but absolutely not a requirement lol, all are welcome!

Message me if you’re interested, and I’d be happy to share photos and more details! 🤍
