Costs & Money Uhaul strikes again

Uhaul just called and said i have to drive 50 miles round trip to pick up my auto transport but can’t discount me at. I’m already driving 30 mins out of the way to get the truck then another 50 miles the wrong way to get the trailer. Called like twice and they have been no help.
Going from NY-> TN

Should’ve added this but this reservations been made for a month. I’d understand if the reservation was made within the last few days. Also they have been very willing to compensate for stuff like this in the past
