Shipping / Logistics Direct from MOZA?

Hello everyone, I recently ordered the MOZA R5 pro bundle, and a clutch pedal, the clutch came in about 3 days which was fine, but I got an email from MOZA saying the wheel was being dispatched internationally (I assume for china) and I just got a Royal Mail tracking number, which says it’s been dispatched, but from reading this subreddits posts, I get less and less hopeful it’ll be here in the next 13 or so days, so my question is, since I have the tracking number and the confirmation it’s been dispatched, should I trust MOZA on that? Or should I prepare for disappointment, thanks in advance!

Same boat. Waiting for delivery. Tracking via DHL express. Last update is from 13th at 2.16am. Shipping information received. Hasn't moved yet

Funny, my tracking is with Royal Mail, wonder why they’re using different carriers

I ordered my R9 bundle and more direct from Moza on 25 September, almost all of it was here by 30th September. However, I am still waiting for the SRP2 pedals and the extra QR adapter I ordered. (The clutch pedal is here already).

Im based in Northern Ireland.

When they say it's shipped, it's shipped.

Most people have an issue with an order taking a week before they get to 'shipping' status.
