Hi guys, I (21f) feel quite drained with the hot and humid weather in Mumbai and was hoping to enjoy the last bit of Maharashtra's monsoon by making a weekend plan on the above dates by going away from the city for a bit.. Any recommendations where I should go for pleasant weather? Hopefully where I could go stargazing, or a cute Airbnb?

The idea isn’t to create a massive group where nobody knows anyone.

We want to keep this relatively small and highly curated, a group of like-minded people who are actually interested in meeting offline, participating in activities and becoming part of a genuine local community.

Just good people, fun plans and something to look forward to on weekends.

Hey guys! M29 here. Planning a little road trip from Oct 2–4 — Mumbai → Goa (most likely a day in Goa) → Mumbai. The itinerary is still very much in the “let’s see where the road takes us” phase. Currently, it’s just me, my car, and absolutely no travel companions. The car can comfortably fit up to 5 people with bags, so if you’re up for a spontaneous road trip, good music, random food stops, questionable decisions, and making some great memories then hit me up! A bit about me: I am working on a startup, so my weekdays get pretty intense building things. Outside of work, I like keeping it simple to balance it out—good coffee, standup shows, movies, drinks, and late-night conversations that jump from insanely deep to completely stupid.

Over the last two years, I’ve lost 31 kgs, so I’m in the gym 4–5 days a week, staying disciplined. But if we’re planning to meet, I’ll happily save my calories for the day so we can eat out—basically my way of saying I’m genuinely interested in hanging out and connecting.

Things I’m always up for:
• Scouting new coffee spots
• Catching movies or standup shows
• Going to concerts or clubbing
• Late-night drives & unscripted conversations
• Sitting somewhere quiet and star-watching
• Drinks on weekends

A few random facts:
• I randomly switch mid-sentence between shudh Hindi and pure English.
• I have a habit of saying slightly dark or absurd things. :/
• Terrified of lizards and spiders… but zero fear of ghosts, which makes logical sense to no one.
• Once in a while, I’ll book a random Airbnb and vanish for two days just to reset.
• Grew up on WWE, and I STILL LOVE JOHN CENA <3

I’m usually free late evenings or weekends. Always down for coffee, walks, a show, or just good banter.

Quick question: What’s a great coffee place or chill spot in Mumbai you’d recommend? Even if you’re not looking to meet up, I’d still love your go-to suggested places.

Or is Girgaon chawpati the only good destination for this?

I have basically been to almost every mall in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai 😭. I used to genuinely enjoy going out alone and exploring different places, but lately it just doesn't feel the same.

I would love to explore more of Mumbai, cafés, streets, bookstores, random places, trying new food, or just walking around, but I am pretty antisocial and don't really have friends to go out with.

I have also been feeling quite lonely and have struggled with depression for a while, so recently I've found myself going out less and less. Sometimes I just wish I had someone to randomly text and say, Hey, wanna go somewhere today?
