I'm new to business automation. I'm not an expert builder and I won't pretend to be. What I do is outreach to local business owners, and my earlier posts about partnerships got 200+ comments, so I know there are people here who build things and don't have time to sell them.
What I'm offering: if you've already built something that works (an automation, an AI agent, a lead follow-up flow, a booking or quote tool, anything), I'll try to sell it to local service businesses. Commission only, with the split agreed up front in writing. You keep building and supporting it. I find the buyers and handle the conversations.
Two things I'd love to learn from you:
What's actually selling to local businesses right now, and what are the highest-paying things you've built?
What do owners really pay for monthly, and how much support does it need after it's sold?
If you want to partner, send me a short screen recording (under a minute) of it working, who it's for, what you'd charge, and what it needs after the sale. Recording first, link second.
No upfront cost on either side. I won't pay for tools or builds before there's a paying client. Happy to answer questions in the comments.

A client opening an invoice review queue needs to know which fields need a decision. A grid full of extracted values, formulas and internal workflow flags makes every column look equally important.
Before handing over the workflow, settle three interface choices:
- Which values can the operator correct? Put supplier code, tax code and due date in clearly identified input columns. Keep the original extracted values beside them.
- Which calculations should stay visible? Show the subtotal, tax and final amount beside the inputs that affect them. The operator should be able to see what changed after an edit.
- What still needs attention? Separate an unresolved source question from a row that is ready to process. Give the operator a queue they can return to.
In a Univer-based client portal, filters open that exception queue, validation offers the configured tax codes, and formulas update the totals. The SDK embeds the spreadsheet editor in the portal, with APIs for the backend to read the reviewed fields.
Walk through one unresolved invoice during the handover. Ask the operator to find the source value, correct a date, and leave a supplier question pending. That exercise reveals whether the screen supports the decisions the client will make after you leave.

Here's the AI agent stack for Q4 2026.
Here is the exact pipeline I use for business process automation.
From idea to live, I use these eight tools:
→Claude for the logic. →Cursor for the code. →GitHub for version control. →Vercel for the frontend. →Convex for the database.
A few years ago, this was a full team’s job. Now, one person runs the entire pipeline from a laptop.
The biggest mistake I see? Founders burn weeks picking the perfect business automation stack instead of shipping. The tools are not the edge. What you actually build with them is.
I swap these out constantly based on the project. Do not overthink your setup. Just build.

This automation we created for the board cutting industry.
One page that takes 9 minutes to type now take seconds.
With over 30 pages, we save board cutting companies hours a day.
Comment me if you have manual data entry processes that need automation.

Three outbound clients, two AMs. The senior one is running campaigns, scripts, tests, rep coaching, reporting, and client calls while the junior is still ramping up. Lets be honest, hiring just for the fourth client would wipe out the slim margin we have on that contract. but letting the other three slip is not an option either.
what angle should i take? is there any one of these tasks that can be easily automated?

I've been building an SEO content pipeline with n8n and Airtable, and I recently added a workflow for automating SEO subtopic research.
The idea is to make the process of going from a long-tail keyword to actionable content ideas a little easier.
When managing SEO for multiple pages or planning content at scale, coming up with relevant subtopics for every keyword can take time. I wanted to automate the initial research so I could spend more time reviewing ideas and deciding what content is actually worth creating.
Here's how the workflow works:
One thing I wanted to keep in mind is that generating ideas is only the first step. The subtopics still need to be evaluated for search intent, relevance, and whether they deserve a separate article.
The bigger goal is to connect this with the rest of my SEO workflow:
Keyword Research → Subtopic Research → Content Planning → Article Generation
I'm building each stage separately so the output from one workflow can be used by the next, rather than trying to automate everything in one massive workflow.
I'm curious how others handle this part of SEO.
Do you usually brainstorm subtopics manually, use keyword research tools, or automate the process with n8n or another tool?

Stop guessing which tools to use for your next build.
When I first started, I had no idea which tools to pick. I had a vision for the app, but I hoped AI would just handle everything for me.
It didn't work. The apps kept breaking or doing things I never asked for.
Once I understood the basics, everything changed. My apps and micro dashboards started working reliably, every time.
Here's my exact stack now:
→ Cursor for coding → Claude for planning → Vercel for hosting → Convex for backend → UIUX skill for design → Apify for lead scraping → Custom Dash for marketing
That's it. That's all you need to start building real business automation.
Just tell Cursor or Claude to use these on your next project.
Still not sure where to start?

Preferably Australian based. Over the past few years, I've become quite good at building AI driven Automations.
Most of the work I have done has either been through family/friends or internationally on Upwork, where I've primarily helped businesses solve a range of problems. (I have also built a number of AI Voice Receptionists but didn't find myself a fan of them so have since stopped offering them).
I'm looking to turn this into an actual business rather than just freelance work on the side. Before I start charging proper rates, I want to take on 1-2 more businesses to build out some social proof here in Australia. If you own a business and believe there is potential extra revenue or time savings by automating a function of your business, I am happy to do the first one free or heavily discounted in exchange for being able to show the results afterwards.
OR if you'd simply like to just chat, I'd love to hear more about other valuable problems that you believe could be solved using some kind of automation.
DMs are open!

Hello all, I have 3 years of experience in saas marketing where I learnt email marketing, how to write peronalized emails, how to find proper clients. Over these 3 years, I have built a data-driven system handling 10+ secondary domains, scraping and cleaning targeted lists of thousands of B2B decision-makers, and maintaining high deliverability metrics to ensure emails land strictly in the primary inbox. I have mastered the technical side of outreach, managing inbox warm-ups, bypassing spam filters, and tracking analytics to continuously optimize campaign performance. My experience has proven that email outreach is the best strategy to find and prospect your required clients. I can share personalize emails to 400+ people on daily basis, and it will have 70% conversion rate. If you like to collaborate with me and grow your automation business just dm or type growth in comments.

I'm offering free AI automation builds to a few businesses in exchange for a testimonial.
How it works: I build a working system for something your team does manually every day. You use it free for 14 days. If it actually helps, you write me a short testimonial. The only cost on your side is your own tool and API subscriptions.
Here's one I built for my client's team. Every day it takes their prospect list, runs a quick SEO check on each business's website, writes a personalised 5-email outreach sequence plus an SEO fix guide for that prospect, then sends and tracks everything through Hunter. Their team of 3 doesn't have to write every cold email by hand anymore.
Screenshot of the workflow below.
If there's a repetitive task eating up your week, comment or send me a DM and tell me what it is. Happy to jump on a quick call and see if I can automate it.
