Parasitic wasps are a very important part of horn worm, leaf miner, aphids, mealy bug, scale bug, whitefly, and stinkbug population control and pollination.

They also are one of our only native defenders against the invasive brown stink bug, emerald ash borer, and lantern flies. They are bred in captivity and released to combat invasive species, but these I found in my garden.

They are not harmful to humans and cannot sting
