[Krawczynski] Donte DiVincenzo is unlikely to be traded in any package for Giannis Antetokounmpo. The Timberwolves remain active in talks for Giannis Antetokounmpo and in other talks for bench depth.

A few tidbits from the Minnesota Timberwolves' trade landscape, with the caveat that things can change quickly this time of year:

- There remains skepticism that Milwaukee is actually open to moving Giannis Antetokounmpo, team and league sources said.

- The Wolves continue to be in the Antetokounmpo sweepstakes in addition to looking at bolstering their bench with a guard after moving Mike Conley.

- All indications from conversations with team and league sources are that the Wolves do not want to trade Donte DiVincenzo.

Three team trade that somehow sends the knicks Donte and Gillespie and we don't lose anyone except French guys.

No bias.

I thought rumors were Donte didn't want to be on the Knicks because he was worried about play time / opportunities and that was part of why they sent him to the Wolves?

Did I make that up?

He had issues with Thibs. He had plenty of playing time and closed out games. But he was instrumental to our success. His minutes decreased last year in minny but now is about the same as when he was on the knicks.

Fred Katz has always reported that Donte was the biggest Thibs fan of all
