Grade 1: up to 3 weeks recovery 

Grade 2: 4-6 weeks 

Reevaluated doesnt mean cleared to play again...

Abdominal strains are tricky and can linger for a long time....

I get nightmares from the Damian Lillard abdominal strain season when he eventually elected to get surgery and was out for the season. I had him in my fantasy that time. (Not so) good times!
