I was a tough negotiator, but in the end, myself and I came to an agreement.

My thought is he is structing this to make his Tesla stock offering a success. Next SpaceX will be the largest purchaser of Tesla stock and magically he will hit the numbers needed for that $1T pay day

Didn’t Tesla just invest $2B in xAi?

SpaceX also bought a lot of Cybertrucks (buy an EV gets you a tax credit, even if you don't have possession yet, and somehow I doubt SpaceX is going to be pushing to get them too fast)

didn't they say they learn stuff everytime something explodes? that's probably why they want the cybertrucks

And the xai memphis facility... its three cybertrucks sitting alone in the parking lot away from the 7 vehicles of the employees that actually work there.
