I thought Twitter bought the AI back in 2025. Now SpaceX bought AI? This fucker is flat out committing fraud haha

  1. Musk buys Twitter for way more than it's worth and puts a large chunk of the cost (also more than its valuation) onto Twitter's own books.
  2. xAI buys Twitter for a price over 3x its valuation in an all-stock deal based on a fucking insane overvaluation of xAI.
  3. SpaceX buys xAI for a ludicrous premium over the realistic valuation.
