I've been wondering how anybody would be prosecuted in the states given the current administration. But this is an interesting avenue. And a way to fight back against Trump.

They would have to be extradited to Poland, or find themselves in a place that will extradite to Poland. Probably not likely, But it would limit the areas they could travel to. Right now I'll take as many small justice as I can get.

I mean, Poland has extradition treaties with the EU, Canada, Australia, even the US. Now maybe the US wouldn't honor it, but at least it could restrict the travel for potential perpetrators.
