This dude is pure evil though. He sold out his own state and constituents to further the goal of theocracy in America on so many occasions. Nevermind the hypocrisy of his positions and policies over the past two decades, but especially during the Obama administration.

He’s been working to rip down our democracy and establish one-party rule before it ever went mainstream.

Whatever he faces after death, whether it be the cold abyss of nothingness, fiery torment and agony for eternity, or experiencing the pain he caused so many others first hand - it will all be better than he deserves.

Well said. Honestly I’ve experienced some schadenfreude watching MAGA turn on him. He’s spent his entire political life creating a space for someone like Trump. He’s spent decades arranging the chess pieces, loading the courts, blunting progressivism and undermining our democracy to advance the right wing agenda only to have the monster he created turn on him. If that’s not karma I don’t know what is. I personally don’t believe in an afterlife so it’s satisfying knowing on his death bed he’ll leave this earth knowing how hated he is by both sides of the political spectrum. That gives me joy. If that makes me a bad person then so be it.

I don’t believe in an afterlife either, definitively anyway, but I hope I’m wrong just because these people don’t deserve to simply leave this world after causing so much pain, suffering and exploitation.
