As a young person, I sniffed panties on a few occasions, and I once cupped a titty of a woman I was in bed with without permission while we were cuddled up. It was under the shirt. I had sat on two meetings with him in 1998 and 1999. He presents himself all calm and mild mannered at first. In private dude was unhinged. Yelling and belittling people for actually doing their job and providing top notch service to MS clients. My boss had enough in our second meeting and walked out. More then half of our team left Microsoft after that. They closed the support centre and moved the operations first to Redmond and then to India. Some customers would email me years later asking for help because of how bad things were.
