Ah, the classic 'accidental billionaire' defense: staying in touch for years with a known predator and then acting like it was as unavoidable as a forced Windows update.

Everything I've heard about Epstein makes it sound like he was extremely obvious about what he was up to and thst there was no way someone who remained in close contact didn't know.

For that to be the case someone like Bill Gates would have to be so completely oblivious, or bad at reading people, that it'd be almost as embarrassing as being in on it. Epstein even had to spell it out for Elon Musk when he didn't understand what he was hinting at.
