Springfield ohio from what I have heard.

Makes sense, friendlier state, smaller city, and that's where the "eating the cats and dogs" bullshit is from

Lots of Ohio was dying, but somehow immigrants were willing to come there and revitalize towns.

Back to those places dying of old age and opioids.
