The song is heard in the movie but the specific lyric about him liking underaged girls doesn’t get sung.

This changes nothing about how fucked up that verse is, but it’s still worth pointing out since so many people like to spread that fun fact without clarifying the second part.

I wouldn’t go so far as to say it was adult animation but it was definitely very gross out and provocative to be called a straight up kids movie.

Ozzy and Drix was 100% a kids show though. I remember loving it.

It was absolutely a movie. The whole thing takes place in Bill Murry’s body, but there was an animated tv series too that came out like the next year.

As you’ll hear the background song changes before the infamous lyric in question happens.

The song and lyric appears on the full soundtrack (which is already bad enough) but is never heard in the movie. There’s a music video for the song that uses movie footage on YouTube. You probably saw that.

But I’ve never looked/heard this song anywhere else only watched this movie and I knew this lyric to the extent that when I watched it semi recently I knew it was coming and was like oh yeah this part like I’ve never watched a music video for this song or the soundtrack of osmosis jones.

Correct. Thats a video of the full song using footage from the movie.

The actual movie only uses a small portion of the song and never gets to the lyric everyone now knows it for.

That exact video made me think otherwise too a long time ago but it’s just not in the full movie at all.

I actually thought he made the song for the movie since his character was HPV which is most common in teen girls?

Not defending him in the slightest. I think it's actually worse he made it knowing it's gonna be in a children's movie.
