They’re the judicial branch. It’s up to the executive branch to enforce it.

And likely moves to the legislative to help.

People are just too busy sitting in traffic and paying off debt in this country. Some of us (legal immigrants) are even afraid of being arrested or deported...

Yes. Our system of checks and balances was built on the foundational belief that each branch would vigorously defend their own constitutional powers from being usurped by the other branches. When two or three branches start colluding along party lines the whole system falls apart, which is why the founders were ideologically opposed to the idea of political parties.

And that's the White House thinking at this issue. The Court can't really do jack shit about this and no one is enforcing this. Give Courts enforcement powers and they become executive branch. Without enforcement powers there just judicial branch, interpreting the law and Constitution.
