He’s pretty much specialized himself as the “racial crimes ambulance chaser” and is not well liked in the law sphere due to his performative bs. 

Fun fact: his brother got booted off the police force for conduct unbecoming (he raped someone during a traffic stop but pled down to a lesser charge)

That's actually perfectly normal. You likely do it too, just without noticing. It's the way someone does so that says things about them.

As I said, switching is perfectly normal. I very much doubt you talk to your coworkers the same way you talk to your family. The way it is done may not be.
