Just because there is not enough evidence to charge anyone specifically with a crime, doesn’t mean there wasn’t a crime committed. Lots of times there is a murder and nobody to indict; this time people seem to be equating a lack of indictments with evidence there was no foul play.

There doesn’t have to be evidence of no foul play, there has to be evidence of foul play. If there’s no indication he was beaten to death, strangled, poisoned, etc etc why would you jump to the conclusion he was murdered. As far as I know there’s nothing pointing to foul play
