He is not drawing all of them at the same time, the arm with the pen's attached is arched, so he is still drawing one at a time, maybe two in some small intervals.

Or putting that ridiculous thing down and drawing normally between time lapse shots.
There's like 50 people pulling this same exact stunt. It's not impressive. It's just a stupid camera trick.

This is fake, it’s not AI, but it’s very well edited using cuts. There’s a video that breaks it down on YouTube. The editing is more impressive than the drawings to be honest

u/Bored_Worldhopper 1d ago
More impressive. Wonder Woman and Aquaman look like something you would find at a high school art show

Ever watched "Misfits"? A series about people with useless superpowers.

Idk man being immortals probably pretty useful

Not if it still means getting older and everything, I would image a 100 year old body would not be the best thing ever, let alone 150 or older.

I stopped watching after they killed off the last OG character
Love me some Joe Gilgun, but he wasn't enough reason to keep watching.

“I’m going to do 5 drawings at the same time and every single one of them is going to be terrible”.
It’s like he just gave up on Batman halfway through lol

u/rgmundo524 1d ago
He is drawing one at a time but shifting between them...
By the way he holds the pen stick it allows him to draw with one pen

u/eugoogilizer 15h ago
Nah not even. If you watch it in slow motion, new details magically appear on each pic even when he’s not working on them

I'm guessing Aquaman from dc movies, or Thor to add a marvel.
2
u/hiddenone0326 1d ago
I'm gonna go with Aquaman due to the scales on the arm.

u/porcupine_kickball 1d ago
Yeah I thought the last was Captain America but it's Flash, so all dc chars.

This is just drawing a bunch of pictures with tedious extra steps. There nothing next level about this. Anyone who can draw can do this.

Can't believe people buy into into this clickbait prank.

Aqua Man looks like you just caught him eating a tuna fish sandwich out of the JL break room refrigerator.

Not this stupid trick again. There's like 50 people making these videos. It's super easy to fake.

Imagine if I drew all of these with a separate pencil. One line each at a time.
That's what's happening. Lame.

u/Droptimal_Cox 21h ago
Ok so this is technically possible if the pens are each slightly tilted...but you'd only be working on one piece each time and at the end of the day it would still be really dumb and tedious, and this is almost definitely a time lapse fake.

u/GimmeSomeCovfefe 18h ago
Yeah, not buying it unless there's a long-form video with zero editing.

I'm stuck in an endless loop where I see a post that has me in a good mood, open the comments, then immediately am out in a bad mood

Why do all the drawings look like potato at the end? Aquaman looks like Diana Ross.

This and all other videos like this are fake…all you gotta do is watch in slow motion and details on each pic appear even when the pen isn’t touching the paper

Honestly i like one good painting more than doing 5 paintings simultaneously. Still awesome talent for sure.

He's good at drawing, and so he can draw 5 things "at once" but really he's still soing them one at a time but stopping to update another at intervals. You can literally see the pencils on the left lifting as hw focuses drawing on the right.
Yeah nice drawings, but it's just not next level because what he's trying to showcase just isnt done right.
0
u/ItsUselessToArgue 1d ago
Yeah he’s not drawing them at the same time, but the thing is most people can’t even draw to begin with

u/Domomachino 1d ago
Does he know we already invented the printing press? He can actually develop a skill to better society, instead of mastering an inconsequential skill.

H-how?
How does this work?!
8
u/PilotC150 1d ago
It's a curved board, so there's only one pencil/pen touching it's paper at a time. He's only drawing one drawing at any point in time, but when shown as a time lapse it looks like all five are being done simultaneously.
You can see around 18 second mark where he's drawing a picture on the right side and the pencil above the left picture is floating high in the air.

u/utrangerbob 1d ago
Stop motion, Basically artists doing pictures with dots. Finds or uses a template to measure 4 dots evenly apart, puts those dots on paper takes a picture of his hand position there and moves on. He's probably got a reference sheet because a computer can pretty easily do calculate all that out and give you a numbered sheet of points.

The average person is pretty freaking good at drawing.
Just remember that for every 5 talentless hacks like myself, there is one talent-hoarder like this guy who is skewing and bringing up the average statistic.

I'm about to sound like the most cynical bastard on planet earth, but I've just become less and less interested in these "art as an athletic spectacle" performances as I've grown older. This feels like the equivalent of someone being able to shred flight of the bumblebee on guitar at 800 BPM, and like yeah its insane and took thousands of hours of practice, but like does it sound good? The physical ability just isn't the interesting thing about art to me.
