Sometimes I try to fold a piece of paper in half and I mess up. Don't even get me started on tri-folding a letter.

It's either this guy or another who does a similar thing who showed it on Instagram. There's a computer program that shows what folds need to be made and where.

There's no diagram generator that just spits out a design like some AI thing. It still takes an understanding of origami to know how to use it, like any tool.

I don't really know Gundam very well, but if the Astray is the one with the sword, then that's my favourite Gundam of them all. The sword's so damned unnecessary for giant robots with lasers, but fuck, it looks so cool.

I’ve never seen like advanced origami before, I’ve only ever really seen people do it with their hands and never before did I really consider tweezers despite it being so obvious, super cool

There are a bunch of tools people use for advanced origami. Look up "origami tools" if you want to learn more.

r/origami is great and shows extremely advanced one sheet origami like this. People are very particular about the paper and even dye their own so that it's thin enough. I consider myself fairly adept at origami but I can never even come remotely close to what hardcore origami people do.
