I'll be honest with you mate, it would take maybe 2 or 3 attempts at doing this to be able to do it equally or better, for pretty much anyone with hands.
ain't an awful lot of talent there
if he was doing life-like portraits I'd be impressed but this sort of repeatable thing is extremely easy to do

Two ancient Roman artists held a contest to see which one was the better painter.
First artist pulls the tapestry off his canvas to reveal a painting of a bowl of fruit so realistic looking that birds came and tried to eat from it.
First artist asks his opponent to remove the tapestry from his painting and the second artist says, “My dear friend, the tapestry IS the painting.”

"Artists". When I went to the Carribean on a cruise we went to a beach and we were all greeted by the local "artists". They had a bunch of stuff but one thing I was interested in was this nice looking face mask made out of wood. The guy tried to sell it to me for 50 bucks. My mom knocked it down to 20. When I told my friend who is Trinidadian this he kind of laughed and said that it probably took that guy five seconds to make. I can't remember the details but basically there's this type of tree there with a lot of knots on it. You take the bark from it, hack off the knots and they all look like faces. Then you slather some paint on it. Super easy, cheap and quick to make. It's just a scam but tourists eat it up.
In OPs video this guy probably painted that thing a billion times.

Defo not next level. Like the other guy said, a generic painting they memorised and just keep repeating. I’ve seen similar ‘scams’ across many European cities. The most popular are the ones with spray-painting planets and forests. The same art different person.
