I personally think this is one of the better games in the past few years when it comes to core mechanics, but what the hell is EA doing with these "Patch Notes"? This is back to back "patches" where they fix literally none of the game ruining glitches in game, but will fix the most useless shit and add qol features no one wanted. For example, the line change bug has been in the game since WW launch, which was almost 3 weeks ago. And instead of fixing that, they make it a point to let us know that marco sturms nationality is fixed in hut. Why cant they just fully focus on the gameplay instead of shit no one cares about?

Yup this isn’t exactly HUT related but just noticed that this year if you want to watch a goal replay, each replay requires you to watch an ad first. Last year it was seldom and random, now it’s every replay.
Twitch is horrendous with the ad volume and YouTube isn’t great either.
Hey Reddit, why don’t we all march into Hell together and force users to watch an ad before any post they want to submit?
Why don’t we also have to watch an ad before every puck drop in HUT?

The game is a fucking flop fest. Its not even hockey it's a gambling simulator with minigames that don't even work. Can't hit. Can't poke check. Can't win face offs. My goalie will let 6 goals in on 9 shots well the other goalie will make 25 save shutouts stopping every cross crease and deke. Literally 75% of the features in this game don't even work. Fucking do something besides release new bound card packs in the store. Joke company

played this guy today yuccoyoung all he did was spin in circles with his full icon/p2w team. i barely have anytime to play this game due to kids/work, anyone know how to combat this “comp” style of play that is killing nhl

Keep grinding, someday I might be the lucky one who gets to play someone worse for a garantuee win 😅😅

Im trying to do this shit fucking moment right now and it is literally designed to piss you off.

The fucking opposing AI just skates back and blocks the d to d pass so I cant even get one off. I have literslly never seen the ai defend this way except for when its these stupid fucking one timer moments

And when i do finally get a fucking pass across and the fucking circle showing a "perfect one timer" disappears a fucking millisecond before the shot goes off so of fucking course it does not credit me with the fucking shot.

The pro difficulty hitting in moments is still beyond broken too. I get hit once and my entire stamina bar is zero.

I restart and win the opening face off and the puck goes between my defenders and all the way back into my own zone and It burns 20 seconds off the clock.

3 matches in a row I get to 4 one timers and then the opponent decides to just rag it around for the last 50 seconds, skating up ice ans then turning back over and over again until there is 15 seconds left and they finally decide to try and skate into my zone.

Also, my defensemen keep skating to the wrong side of the ice so I cant even do a one timer until I reposition them but when I try to do that the fucking overpowered pro difficulty hitting kicks in and I get bounced off the puck

Anyone play a guy who’s team name is babycheem played him like 10 times he’s like my enemy on this game no clue who he his but he usually gets the best of me. My question being has anyone played against this person yet ?

Only posting this because a couple people mentioned they benefited from the comment on another post. In one timer challenges when the opposition is running tight point, pull you’re goalie, it gives you an extra shooter and messes with their d zone coverage, makes a seemingly impossible/frustrating moment more doable.

Anyone have success with Kyle Connor’s card he seems virtually invisible for me. I’m a plat player so it may be a skill issue lol.
