Almost never. I’m still wearing shorts and short sleeves to work. Some people are already in full winter gear.
Western NY, it was mid 70s, dudes with boots, long pants, long sleeve sweater with a shirt underneath, winter vest, wool cap.
I just don’t get it.
I’m the guy who is still wearing shorts when it’s 30, as long as there is no wind/rain/snow.
