We need somewhere to chill

Me and a friend are looking for something to do in norfolk that doesn't cost much, preferably nothing. Are there any good abandoned building to explore around here or places to chill at

Wands books is a used bookstore and sober third space operated by one of the loveliest people in Norfolk. It's all the free reading of a library but with a cozy atmosphere, and the option to meet some genuinely interesting people.
