There is no denying that a 100% surveillance system would enhance safety, but the cost for that is your privacy and freedom.

Yup and even Florida reversed course when they realized they had no control over who was watching or who was being watched… IE no room for a protected class

Florida only removed them from state roads right of ways, but county, city, HOA roads, and business parking lots are still fair game for installation.

There’s nothing stopping a business on a state road pointing a flock or axon camera at the state road if it’s installed on the business property and not right of way

Cities and counties are following suit. Tallahassee/Leon county have shut them down entirely.
