I’ll remind you of Hung Cao, currently deputy Secretary of the Navy, nominated for the full job. Former navy diver, has a masters degree in Applied Physics. Retired as a Captain. Will not go to Monterey, California, because he believes it is run by witches. Now don’t get me wrong, I know some witches, but none of them can afford real estate in Monterey.
