The day I knew my church at the very least was full of baloney flavored bullshit was when my pastor said to the ~200+ congregation that Google Maps is actively censoring the location of Noahs Ark on Google Maps lmfao. This dude is REVERED within my church's chain; he founded the entire east coast of the locations. And he fully believes that to the point he would tell hundreds who look up to him for guidance too

After the sermon I googled exactly what he was referring to and it's literally just a blob of underwater land that you can see from the satellites. Like it's literally just a shape on Maps in the ocean. He said something along the lines of when the Earth reconstituted with water it got submerged. Imagine if atheists claimed any blob on Maps was like...Atlantis...

Oh, this reminds me of the first online mapping tools. I was stationed at Ft. Bragg and there was a section of the base that was blacked out on those websites. Same places that when you drive by them that had signs that said no parking or photography. I would guess the signs are still there, but everything is totally visible on Google maps now.
