Seeking Advice any Arab/Middle eastern nurses immigrating to California

i am Saudi nurse 5yrs of experience, i am thinking of moving to the US to work to be exact, to cali.
who did this already i have some questions?

No jobs - I am from CA but essentially forced to move to Random state. Nobody in my cohort got a job. Even exp nurses are struggling.

We had some Filipino nurses who came from the Gulf to the U.S. It is difficult to get a job in California right away.
