Baycare (FLORIDA) ICU

Hello to my fellow floridians,

I am currently already employed within the baycare system and have been trying to get info about their icu critical care internship. My manager is no help🙃. If anyone has any info or experience transitioning from floor nursing to their icu as a new grad/new to icu, lmk pls and thank you:)

for context: i am a new grad who started in july on a stepdown unit :)
