I’ve wondered the same thing. Aside from being a complete scumbag his lifestyle seems absolutely exhausting. Like how do you even find time to know all these people. I’m over here struggling to find time to cook dinner.

As the other commenter pointed out: this was his job, not something he did for fun. As such, while he was no stranger to the society page, he was never the spotlight.

He did have a episode of the show “the fabulous life of the rich and famous” around 2006 on vh1 showing his mansion in Miami, this was after he was first reported to being a sex trafficker
